Job Description

The Technical Consultant for MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations will provide technical support and ensure a comprehensive set of requirements are captured. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, determine the best technical solution and leverage default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to capture technical requirements.
  • Analyse requirements from Business Process leads and key stakeholders to deliver required technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support for the D365 F&O platform.
  • Understand business needs, determine the best technical solution and leverage default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Support testing activities and training end-users if required.
  • Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom/3rd party applications as required.
  • Ensure MS standards are followed and systems are configured optimally for performance.

Bonus Skills:

  • Developing quality documentation as per industry standards.
  • Managing and maintaining security roles and user access management.
  • Supporting DRA, Printer and scanner related requirements.
  • Creating, managing and maintaining workflows.
  • Creating, managing, maintaining and monitoring batch jobs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O.
  • D365 Support experience.
  • Understanding of printers, handheld scanners and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
