Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team.

As a Senior Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business growth strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored business growth strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement programs that equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively sell products and services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and updates on business growth activities, progress, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
