We are seeking a Field Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products directly to poultry farmers and veterinary doctors.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the poultry sector dynamics, seasonal illnesses, local demand, and farmer psychology. You will be required to visit poultry farms, engage with farmers, and promote our brand. Additionally, you will meet with veterinary doctors to generate product recommendations and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

In this role, you will also be responsible for distributing marketing materials, catalogues, gifts, and product literature. Furthermore, you will identify new markets and sales opportunities in the assigned region, handle order generation, execution, and payment collection, and submit timely sales reports and feedback to our head office.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong communication and sales negotiation skills, as well as field reporting and computer proficiency. A graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory, and you must own a two-wheeler with valid documents. Additionally, you will be required to reside near one of the posted locations.

We offer a fixed salary of 20,000-25,000 per month, daily travel allowance, and lucrative performance-based sales incentives. Our company also provides brand marketing support, demo kits, brochures, and tokens. Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding sector are also available.
