*Job Overview:*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Outbound Sales Calls:*
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address client inquiries.

2. *Sales and Revenue Generation:*
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. *Product and Service Knowledge:*
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Clearly articulate technical information to clients in a way that is easy to understand.

4. *Customer Support:*
- Provide excellent customer support to address client concerns and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. *Market Research:*
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.

6. *Documentation and Reporting:*
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and customer support, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with IT products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
