Job Title: Executive Customer Order Management

Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the management of customer orders. This involves working closely with sales account holders to ensure that customers receive exceptional service, which ultimately secures our position as a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.

A key area of focus lies in cooperation with various departments, including sales, production, purchasing, and shipping, to deliver operational excellence according to our value proposition. Specific responsibilities include:

• Customer Account Management

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers

• Understanding customers' application requirements and suggesting suitable products

• Managing End-to-End Sales solutions and customer support cycles

• Negotiating technical and commercial agreements with customers

• Coordinating orders with production and logistics

• Addressing and resolving any issues and customer complaints in a timely manner

• Analyzing technical drawings and releasing Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system, maintaining accurate data

• Performing ad-hoc activities and projects assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires an individual with a solid technical background and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Essential skills include:

• High level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals and objectives

• Highly structured, analytical, fact-oriented approach to problem-solving
