About the Role
This position requires an individual with 1-3 years of experience in international HR Operations, specifically in areas such as onboarding, benefits, and employee life cycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in navigating HR systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide first call resolution for routine inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and LOA questions, as well as HR system navigation.
- Monitor various HR inboxes and respond to inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate workgroup when necessary.
- Log all inquiries into a case management system, maintaining accurate ticket history and outcomes.
- Take ownership of critical or risk-involved cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Perform quality checks on associates' work, making corrections as needed.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in international HR Operations, with a focus on onboarding, benefits, and employee life cycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software, with a strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with performance management principles and practices.
