Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager and founding team member, you will have an exceptional opportunity in building and shaping the company's HR function from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include developing policies, implementing HR processes, and cultivating a strong company culture. This hands-on position demands a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks:
• Provide management and department heads with relevant key figures and information essential for the successful oversight of the company
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
• Design and oversee performance evaluation programs and processes
• Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback
• Implement employee recognition and rewards programs
• Identify training needs and create development programs for employees
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Administer payroll, benefits, and employee compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and negotiate with vendors
• Monitor market trends to create and maintain competitive compensation package structures for employees
• Develop and enforce company policies in line with labor laws
• Conduct workplace investigations and disciplinary actions when needed
• Partner with the management board to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR management or a related role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HR software (e.g. Success Factors, HRIS, ATS, payroll systems)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
