We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and support control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms.

The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. Strong background in Allen Bradley required.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting PLC Systems: Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration.
  • HMI/SCADA Development: Design, configure, and develop HMI/SCADA applications.
  • Project Commissioning: Perform FAT on-site commissioning of PLC/SCADA projects, testing, commissioning, perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC controlled SCADA systems are operating according to specifications and requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects, offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC/SCADA systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in PLC, Allen Bradley
  • Familiarity with SCADA Wonderware Invensys
  • Knowledge of PLC languages Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, Structured Text
  • Communication protocols PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, EthernetIP
  • OPC Kepware configuration
  • Database knowledge VBScripting
