Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and test CNC programs for coding and designing for clients.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
  • Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and refine processes.
  • Perform quality control checks and support production with technical expertise.
  • Maintain documentation and program archives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (2-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks).
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Familiarity with various materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
