We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Functional Consultant. This role requires exceptional technical expertise and business acumen, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide techno-functional consulting services for Oracle CX (CRM) projects, specializing in Oracle B2C Service Cloud.
  • Leverage 8+ years of experience in the field to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement Oracle cloud solution implementations, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to gather requirements and create tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Design and develop screens, components, and workflows that enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Oracle cloud solution implementation.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Prior experience as a solution architect in the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
