Lead Data Analyst and Team Manager

  • Job Title: Lead Data Analyst and Team Manager

We are hiring for a skilled data professional to lead our team of analysts in delivering actionable insights using Amazon's unique data. The successful candidate will play a critical role in arming our global agency customers with the tools to develop and sell Amazon-focused ideas to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage advanced analytics solutions.
  • Lead a high-performing team of analysts in supporting Amazon's Advertising Analytics teams globally.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs, set priorities, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics or data-driven roles, with 3+ years in people management.
  • Proven track record in managing delivery of technical analytics or BI solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience mentoring, providing feedback, and fostering career growth.

About You:

  • You will have a strong educational background in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies.
