Physical Design Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Design Lead Engineer to join our team of experts working on cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor industry.

Job Description:

A Physical Design Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex mixed-signal System-on-Chips (SoCs). The successful candidate will oversee the entire IC design process from RTL to GDSII, with a strong emphasis on analog/mixed/custom signal place and route (PNR) experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of PNR methodologies and flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of digital design, timing analysis, and design-for-test (DFT) principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EDA tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in physical design, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong background in analog/mixed/custom signal PNR.
  • Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Mentor, and Ansys.
