The role of a Change Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless implementation of product design changes, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and associated documentation within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for product releases of sales and production BOMs.
  • Evaluate proposed changes for technical feasibility, impact on design, manufacturing, cost, and schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
  • Analyze and coordinate new BOM structure - set up System Data and Document Maintenance.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure smooth implementation of approved changes, updating BOMs and associated documentation.
  • Maintain data and document integrity between Agile and SAP systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
  • Previous experience in roles involving engineering change management.
  • Good understanding of product manufacturing processes, BOM structures.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including PLM and ERP systems. Agile and SAP ECC experience, at least 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
