Job Description

We're looking for a Program Manager to join our team. This role will focus on planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

  • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflow.
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.

This role will also involve leading projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations, supporting execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.

  • Partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
