Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Security Strategy Manager to spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives.

  • Ensure prompt escalation and responsiveness in fast-paced environments.
  • Apply a risk-based approach to drive strategic security initiatives forward.
  • Develop attack strategies to simulate real-world threats.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, databases, web applications, and mobile applications. Experience with secure software development lifecycle, distributed systems, and security protocols is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality security assessment reports and driving change to improve the organization's security posture.
  • Advancing strategic initiatives by influencing leadership and partnering with teams throughout the organization.
  • Creating detailed security assessment plans for penetration team engineers to execute.
  • Assessing current capabilities and creating a roadmap for future state capabilities that align with industry leaders in security assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience with 3+ years of management experience in security engineering practices such as web application security, network security, authentication/authorization protocols, cryptography, automation, and software security.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in penetration testing, code review, bug bounty hunting, or red teaming/capture the flag experience.
  • Experience in scripting in Python or other languages to build automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and experience briefing senior leaders.
