Job Opportunity: Motion Designer and Video Content Creator

We're looking for a talented motion designer to produce high-quality animated educational videos.

You'll break down complex topics into clean, engaging, and visually compelling stories by working closely with scriptwriters, product teams, and creative leads.

This role involves transforming scripts and storyboards into polished motion videos and collaborating with copywriters and SMEs to simplify complex content.

Key responsibilities include designing and animating explainer videos in a style similar to Coinbase Learn, creating animated assets, and optimizing videos for YouTube, app platforms, and social media.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in motion design, video content creation, or explainer video production.

A solid portfolio of 2D or motion graphic explainers is essential. You should also be able to work under creative direction while proposing improvements and be comfortable working with abstract concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects (primary tool for motion graphics) and other relevant tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, Audacity, and Descript.
  • Strong storytelling ability and comfort working with complex concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
