Job Description

As a motion graphics designer, you will be responsible for bringing concepts to life with high-impact motion design and animation that aligns with our brand strategy.

We are seeking a talented professional with a strong advertising agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency, and a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns and video content.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to deliver compelling visual narratives.
  • Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
  • Work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  • Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UI/UX animation or interactive media.
  • Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
