About our fast-growing bakery & confectionery company, we're seeking a skilled Production Director. As the lead end-to-end factory operations manager, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality output at optimal cost across multiple shifts.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. You will own daily/weekly/monthly production planning and on-time execution across shifts.
  2. Drive efficiency and yield; reduce waste and downtime through Lean methods.
  3. Enforce SOPs and specifications; resolve floor issues quickly.
  4. Plan resource requirements with Procurement; maintain inventories.
  5. Oversee manpower allocation and overtime; partner with HR on hiring and staffing.
  6. Lead trials and scale-up for new products from pilot to full production.
  7. Uphold food safety compliance at all times.
  8. Track and report key performance indicators.


Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with a Bakery/Pastry Chef or Food Technology/Engineering background. Additionally, 10+ years of experience in production/plant leadership within bread/bakery/confectionery and proven multi-shift management experience is required. A strong command of production planning and inventory control as well as working knowledge of food-safety protocols are also necessary. ],
