Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and well-connected music professional to join our team as a Sync Agent. This is a 3–6 month freelance/contract position with potential for conversion to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching our multi-genre catalogue to music supervisors, advertising agencies, music libraries, production houses, and brands to secure commercial sync placements.
  • Identifying and building relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally.
  • Tracking and managing pitches, leads, and placements to maintain visibility on opportunities.
  • Exploring secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations.
  • Staying ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
  • Providing regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with the global underground music scene is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
