Job Title: Lead Interior Design Specialist

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive interior design solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and design goals, and provide expert guidance on achieving them.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and hand-drawing skills to create detailed sketches, drawings, and floor plans that bring designs to life.
  • Prepare presentation boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
  • Proven expertise in modular interior design and a strong understanding of design principles.
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office.
