Job Title: Digital Delivery Specialist

Role Overview

This is a vital position within our team, where you will utilize your technical expertise and excellent skills to ensure seamless digital delivery and integration of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across multiple projects
  • Develop, update, implement, and maintain BIM workflows, protocols, and standards within the project team
  • Understand client requirements for BIM and analyze/implement BIM Execution Plans for deliverables
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows
  • Provide primary contact for technical support related to BIM
  • Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialists/Modelers/Leads/Managers
  • Manage project production and contents in Revit, including Standard Library objects
  • Create families and models with expertise
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models
  • Lead and manage a team of CAD/Revit Modelers
  • Ensure quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced
  • Use Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentation
  • Perform QA/QC before deliverables
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required
  • Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools
  • Experience using Navis for Coordination
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities
