GRC Compliance Specialist

About this role
We are seeking a seasoned GRC compliance specialist to lead and manage SAP GRC PC implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of SAP GRC PC solutions.
- Client Engagement: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and compliance needs, including risk management, audit management, and fraud management.
- Solution Design: Design and configure SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements, including automated monitoring and control validation.
- Technical Expertise:
We require expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control, familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM, and knowledge of GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management.
Key skills include development of data sources and business rules for SAP ECC/S/4, designing Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulesets, translating control framework requirements into authorization concepts, and experience with IAM and RPA solutions in SAP GRC context.
- Testing & Deployment:
Manage UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities, create test scripts and validation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- SAP Certification (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
