Job Details:
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and Gen AI applications.
- Possess strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
- Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK.
- Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
- Carry rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
- Possess strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
- Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
- Experience applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as LoRA, QLoRA, and PET to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Github Actions or similar.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Total Experience: 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience: 5+ years.
- Masters degree in computer science, information technology.
