We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer III to join our international team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients across the globe.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting, with strong communication and customer focus skills. They will also be able to work independently from home and manage their time effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with GTD-5 switches
  • Delivering Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
