Job Description:About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Atlassian Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient workflows and processes.
  • Provide expert-level support for Jira and Confluence, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Atlassian tools and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Atlassian features and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, including administration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, and Shell.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
