Job Title: SAP Implementation Specialist

SAP S/4HANA Program Delivery:

This role involves working with a global project team to deliver a multi-year SAP S/4HANA program for an international client. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing core SAP modules, collaborating with functional and business teams, and supporting testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement core SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, HCM, and SF.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into system solutions and functional specifications.
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
  • Assist with data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of SAP modules and associated business processes.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation, rollout, or major support project.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with global teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and related technologies.
  • Experience with integration touchpoints across modules like MM, SD, and Treasury.
  • Prior experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and group reporting.
