SAP REFX Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP REFX specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and harmonizing real estate processes across multiple locations.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and a strong background in SAP S/4 and Fiori.
  • The successful candidate will have a large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4, including cost controlling and IFRS16 requirements.
  • We are looking for someone who can contribute to the following activities: system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and harmonize real estate processes across multiple locations.
  • Conduct as-is and to-be analysis covering the whole process from master data handling, contacts, invoicing, and steering model.
  • Develop a solution to meet business requirements and implement it within the specified timeframe.
  • Provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in SAP S/4 and Fiori.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate.
  • A large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4, including cost controlling and IFRS16 requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
