About the Role:This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Test Engineering Leader to spearhead our VRF/PAC product validation efforts. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving test standard creation, executing projects, and ensuring our products meet required performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Product Validation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive VRF/PAC product validation, develop test strategies, and execute projects to ensure product performance meets required standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers responsible for tracking and executing VRF product validation, resolving complex technical issues, and overseeing product and lab testing.
- Issue Communication: Effectively communicate technical and functional issues across diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment on issues and solutions.
- Test Management: Oversee all aspects of test design, planning, strategy, and execution, including test case/scenario preparation, test data preparation, and defect reporting/documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product engineers, developers, project managers, and product owners to resolve issues and ensure project risks are managed.
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech).
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in new product development and validation, specifically within the VRF/PAC domain.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of DFMEA, test standards, and compliance requirements.
- Six Sigma & ISO 17025: Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and excellent MS Office skills.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within India and internationally for project-related needs.
- Product Development & Testing Management: Previous experience managing product development, product testing, and change tracking for large-scale VRF/PAC projects.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
