Rugby - Principal Engr Nvh Simulation

**Job Summary**:
This position will be part of Advanced development division and will be responsible for structural analysis and low noise/vibration suppression technology development.

**Responsibility**:

- Conducting development of structural technologies using analytical and experimental methods.
- Conduct structural simulation (FEA) in order to solve noise, vibration and strength issues.
- Work with platform owners and engineers to identify gaps/opportunities for improving structures and cost.
- Create and use simulation methods and tools to support evaluation of mechanical components and subsystems, such as fan, compressors, piping and cabinet structures.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering such as mechanical dynamics, material mechanics and so on. M Tech preferable.

**Working experience**:

- at least 5 years of structural design, analysis or research experiences

**Skill requirements**:

- Deep knowledge of mechanical dynamics and material mechanics with structural design, testing, and manufacturing
- Experience in structural analysis (FEA), such as strength and vibration.
- Ability to scope and analyze cross-functional problems to generate/implement solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share and obtain information with colleagues including overseas.
- Ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels of the organization

**Language**:

- Excellent communication skills.
