Product Specialist Role

Detailed Job Description:

This position involves demonstrating products to customers, conducting on-site build installations and configurations, ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements, and assisting the delivery lead in project kickoff and planning.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in pharma or instrumentation projects, good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and oral skills. They must be flexible, willing to travel for implementation purposes, and have a patient attitude towards listening and understanding customer queries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing product solutions to meet customer needs
  • Conducting on-site installations, configurations, and maintenance
  • Ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with the delivery lead to plan and execute projects
  • Executing user acceptance tests and site acceptance tests
  • Providing training and support to end-users on product features and functionality
  • Resolving reported issues and reproducing test cases at offshore locations
  • Patching and updating software to ensure optimal performance
  • Supporting customers during operational qualification and preparation validation processes
