As a seasoned Medical Writer, you will be part of our expert team that transforms complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials to engage diverse audiences.
  • Review and supervise deliverables from junior writers, providing constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and train junior writers, sharing best practices and client preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, advising on strategic plans and content improvements.
  • Participate in client pitches and business development, communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements:

  • PhD/MD in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology; MPharm/MSc with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • 7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing Scientific/Medical Communications for Medical Affairs or biopharma, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Clear, concise scientific writing with strong attention to detail and language skills.

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, personal growth, and driving positive change. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.
