We are seeking a Content Creator who is curious, people-oriented, and passionate about storytelling. The role will involve engaging directly with beneficiaries, documenting experiences, and turning them into compelling narratives across formats.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interviews and conversations with beneficiaries, and stakeholders to capture authentic stories.
- Document stories and events in clear, concise, and engaging formats (articles, short write-ups, social media captions, case studies, etc.).
- Support the creation of internal and external communication material.
- Assist in building and maintaining an archive of stories, photographs, and other content assets.
- Collaborate with the communications team to generate fresh ideas for content.
- Support in designing visual content such as social media posts, presentations, or reports using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Canva, or similar.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (ongoing or completed) in Communications, Journalism, English, Liberal Arts, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Candidates from Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines with strong writing skills are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interviewing and documentation abilities, and good organizational skills to manage multiple stories and deadlines. Familiarity with design tools is a significant plus.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling. You will be working closely with our communications team to develop engaging content that showcases our impact and values.
