Senior Creative Strategist Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective creative solutions across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive creative strategies for multiple brands, encompassing campaign planning, concept development, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Lead a team of junior creatives, providing direction and feedback to ensure successful execution on all projects.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop compelling creative concepts and pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients and narrate scripts for brand campaigns.
  • Ensure high-quality creative work and pursue industry recognition to celebrate team achievements.
  • Report to the Creative Lead and receive guidance, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaigns.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team.
  • Break down complex briefs for junior creatives, facilitating a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Participate actively throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, target audiences, and stay updated on industry trends.
