At the forefront of digital banking, we are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Quality Engineering practice.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the transformation of our testing landscape toward AI-first, automation-driven quality assurance. As the Lead Quality Engineer, you will architect and implement intelligent test solutions across channels, ensuring seamless performance of our banking platforms.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing an end-to-end test automation strategy for complex digital banking platforms.
  • Designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks across all testing layers.
  • Evaluating and adopting AI/ML-powered quality engineering tools for intelligent test scenario generation and visual testing.
  • Promoting shift-left testing practices by embedding quality early in the lifecycle and driving collaboration across products.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 14+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 7+ years in test automation leadership and test architecture roles.
  • Deep understanding of digital banking domains and end-to-end workflows.
  • Proven expertise in design, build, and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git).
  • Experience leading AI adoption in quality engineering, including intelligent test case generation and test optimization.
