The role of Analytics Engineer is to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
- Develop and implement data pipelines using advanced SQL, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for analytics-driven insights.
- Design and deploy ML models using batch pipelines, monitoring, and scheduling techniques.
- Drive the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or equivalent tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data platforms.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Lead the implementation of workflow automation using Airflow, dbt, n8n, and CI/CD.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with risk, policy, and product teams for agile model deployment.
- Continuously improve analytics delivery efficiency.
Key Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in analytics engineering / BI / data platforms.
- Advanced SQL, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration experience.
- Strong BI expertise.
- Hands-on experience with ML model deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Experience with workflow automation.
- Prior leadership experience.
