About JSW GBS Limited

JSW GBS Limited is the captive shared services unit of JSW Group, managing transactional activities for finance & Accounts like P2P, O2C, RTR, Fixed Assets, Trade Finance, Taxation & Commercial from its Seawoods office in Navi Mumbai.

We are seeking a seasoned Six Sigma Black Belt professional to lead our process and Business Excellence Vertical.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process Transformation: Identify opportunities to bring business efficiencies through process transformation.
  • Quality Department Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy for the Quality department to ensure it meets business requirements and customer deliverables.
  • Quality Improvement Program: Establish a quality improvement program to create a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Initiative Planning: Plan initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement, such as idea festivals, process walks, and analysis of MIS reports.
  • Quality Awareness: Strategize ways to raise quality awareness among employees using visual aids and quality quotes.
  • Lean and Six Sigma Deployment: Deploy Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across departments, working with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to project teams on problem-solving methods and tools, and train internal quality resources to upgrade their skills.
  • Quality Showcase: Showcase quality improvements within the company through events, competitions, and media articles.
  • VOC Capture: Strategize capturing the Voice of Customer through internal or external surveys.
  • Quality Awards: Establish a recognition process for personnel involved in improvement projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor all Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with desired Quality Management Systems and Risk Management Systems.

As the main point of contact for Quality matters, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Quality-related initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
