Project Lead - ERP Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

  • Manage and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
  • Assign clear ownership for all action items to ensure effective project governance.
  • Support project success through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive coordination of large-scale ERP implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Effective issue/risk management and collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.
  • Documenting and consolidating project updates for status reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
