ERP Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to implement comprehensive employee lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy end-to-end HR solutions for clients leveraging SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet modules.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of business processes related to Core HR to lead EC implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct workshops to understand business requirements and deliver engaging demos to customers.
  • Configure EC with expertise in data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Validate EC solutions against business requirements ensuring seamless integration.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, work independently, and collaborate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Possess additional expertise in SAP HR module is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing EC.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
  • Ability to configure complex data models within EC.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
