Job Overview

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in team leading and domain expertise in SAP and Concur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts receivable systems
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice matters and supplier inquiries
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance AR processes through Lean and Six Sigma projects
  • Query handling and issue resolution
  • Generation of system-based reports
  • Capability building for operations through training and coaching on the floor
