Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Strategist to lead our company's financial operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing the capital structure, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting team on a day-to-day basis for regular accounting, Tally management, GST & TDS filing, MIS, cash flow & vendor ledger work, business modeling & forecasting, quarterly planning, weekly and monthly cash flows preparation, balance sheet & income statement accounts reconciliation, annual budgeting, planning process administration, operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and drive the company's financial strategy and hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
  • Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop budget proposals, provide access to financial information, and ensure contract compliance and reporting.
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and stakeholders.
  • Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
