Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end data management, including ingestion, integration, governance, and quality processes.
  • Drive large-scale data migrations and modernizations, especially from legacy systems to advanced cloud-based platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in establishing best practices for data governance and stewardship.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and data security standards.
  • Develop and mentor talent within the organization.
  • Align data initiatives with strategic goals by engaging with stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring high execution standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Pharma domain.
  • 15+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and technology implementation, with a focus on life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale data transformation and migration projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills in Agile/SAFe environment.
  • Expertise in data governance, data cataloging, data quality frameworks, and business rule implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL processes, cloud-based data engineering, and reporting solutions.
