Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments to suppliers;
  • Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies;
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management;
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar role;
  • Proven skills in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
