Job Title: Software Testing Lead

The role of Software Testing Lead is to oversee the testing process and ensure the highest quality of our software products.

  • Lead a team of 10-15 software testers, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium.
  • Design and implement effective testing strategies to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in test automation.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in testing methodologies and principles.
  • Experience in people management, with a focus on performance management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in API Automation testing and exposure to REST API framework.
  • Experience working with SQL queries and large volumes of data.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design principles and Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred.
