Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our expansion into the corporate treasury market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base among corporates and MSMEs.
  • Analyze clients' business exposure to currency/rates markets and advise on managing this exposure through our treasury platform.
  • Create and implement process improvements to grow our presence at the city level.
  • Provide operational expertise in foreign exchange, treasury, and corporate borrowings to the team and ensure seamless delivery of our product.
  • Manage marquee client relationships to ensure retention and upselling through unique value propositions and advisory services of our treasury platform.
  • Orchestrate and lead large accounts to ensure business relationship management, efficient delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
  • Up to 5 years of experience in banking with subject matter expertise in treasury, foreign exchange, commercial borrowings, and/or trade.
  • Business development and account management skills.
  • A strong network of corporates and MSMEs in Mumbai.
  • Startup mindset and ability to adapt to changing environments.
