Job Role: Financial Transaction Manager

As a Financial Transaction Manager at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage donor data and students' fees.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Perform other financial tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within a non-profit organization.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
