Senior Client Advisor Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this key role at our organization. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying process and providing them with tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential customers on call, understand their requirements, and persuade them to schedule an appointment.
  • Attend qualified leads by meeting clients and present tailored options in a no-pressure education-based presentation.
  • Develop rapport and get to know clients, finding out about their goals and vision for the future.
  • Educate clients on Property Investment and make them aware of incentives available to them.
  • Represent our brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients.

  • Above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • In-depth knowledge about the location/city.
  • Positive attitude for doing meetings each day and meeting new people.
  • Experience in direct sales is an added advantage.
