Culinary Team Member

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Accor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hotel Policy, as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- Create new menu items and train the team to maintain high standards.
- Provide consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring guest needs and expectations are met.
- Establish the identity of the outlet by providing standards of food presentation required by each outlet.
- Aware of the method of preparation and standard recipes for every menu item, following procedures at all times.
- Maintain and clean all work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Coordinate with colleagues regarding operational problems and maintain knowledge of operational procedures for all kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Japanese Kitchen, preferably in a 5* hotel.
- 1-2 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Team player with Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Dynamic, hardworking attribute.
- Flexible and supportive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
