  • Account reconciliation, session monitoring, and recording
  • Capture logs through Vault, integration, and system maintenance
  • Monitoring and auditing privilege sessions for compliance and security purposes
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Continuous improvement and innovation
  • Audit and support, managing Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) / Entra for user onboarding and exit
  • Define RBAC policies and control Non-RBAC policies
