AI Engineering Professional

We're seeking a skilled AI engineering professional to join our team and help us build innovative tools that make a social impact. Our mission is to bridge the opportunity gap for underprivileged students through mentorship, guidance, and inspiration.

As an AI engineer at our organization, you'll be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge developer tools using LangChain, FastAPI, and Vector DBs (Pinecone etc). You'll also work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, chunking, and similarity search, as well as smart workflows with persistent memory (Redis, in-memory caching, or custom layers).

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong Python skills, with hands-on experience with FastAPI (async endpoints, dependency injection, modular project structure). You should also have knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS), as well as comfort with stateful/memory systems (Redis, Postgres JSONB, or custom context persistence).

Familiarity with Docker and Git-based CI/CD workflows is essential, as well as understanding of Postgres schema design and migrations. Bonus points if you have frontend experience with React + Tailwind or can quickly learn it
