Chartered Accountant Role Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements. This involves key responsibilities such as managing tax audits, ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III requirements, overseeing financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS, driving and monitoring internal audit processes, utilizing SAP for all financial operations and reporting, performing financial analysis and reporting using advanced Excel, and liaising with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Tax Audits and ensure Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III requirements
  • Oversee Financial Reporting in compliance with Ind AS
  • Drive and monitor Internal Audit processes
  • Utilize SAP for all financial operations and reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and manage accurate and timely MIS reports
  • Drive Budgeting, Forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes
  • Lead periodic Financial Planning and performance reviews
  • Provide variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards using Advanced Excel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting
  • Track key business KPIs and suggest improvements for financial efficiency

  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
